Common questions

Is it really free?
Yes. There is nothing to pay and no card needed. It's simply how we meet you and your dog before anything is booked.
How long does it take?
About 15 minutes. Enough time to meet your dog, go through your routine and answer your questions.
Do I have to book anything afterwards?
Not at all. There's no obligation and no pressure. Plenty of people meet us, have a think, and come back later.
What should I have ready?
Nothing special. It helps if you know your dog's usual routine and anything they're nervous about, but we'll ask all the right questions.
What if I need to change the time?
Just reply to your confirmation text or email, or ring us on 07777 791 440. Changing it is no trouble.
Which areas do you cover?
South London. If you're not sure whether we reach you, book anyway and put your postcode in — we'll tell you straight away.
