Where clients provide keys, 4 Paw Friend accepts full responsibility. In the event of loss or damage, we cover all reasonable replacement costs.
Clients remain legally responsible for their dog at all times. You must disclose all relevant behavioural and medical information. Failure to disclose may result in immediate termination of services.
• Less than 24 hours notice — 100% fee payable
• 24–48 hours notice — 50% fee payable
• More than 48 hours notice — 25% fee payable
New clients pay in advance. Existing clients are invoiced monthly. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Group walks for dogs up to 20kg. German Shepherds, Cane Corsos and XL Bullies are not accepted for group walks.
